EXTENDED HOURS FOR ELDENE HEALTH CENTRE
With effect from 3rd of September 2018 Dr Rao will be undertaking an evening clinic 5.45pm - 8.30pm. These appointments are aimed at patients who cannot attend during core hours.
Our Phlebotomist Jackie will be available to take Blood Tests every Monday 8.30am - 2.00pm.
Surgery opening hours are weekdays 8:30am - 5.30pm. (Closed for lunch between 1.00pm - 2.00pm).
If you have an emergency between the hours of 5.30pm - 6.30pm, please call Victoria Cross Surgery on 01793 535584.
When We Are Closed
Calls are handled between 6.30pm and 8.00am during the week and between 6.30pm on Friday until 8.00am on Monday by NHS 111.
Outside of these times please contact 01793 480111 where you will be given clear advice on which telephone number to contact for urgent medical attention.
Patients can also attend the following Walk-in clinic:
8.00am - 6.00pm seven days a week including Bank Holidays

Children Young People's Clinic
The Children's Clinic is for people aged from 3 months to 18 years old, who are unwell and can't get an urgent GP appointment.

For expert advice on a range of illnesses and minor injuries as well as the best medicines to treat them.
This is only for serious illness and life threatening conditions.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
